| Hanapepe - Reminiscent of the Old West, this town has lots of art galleries, it resembles the set of “Gunsmoke.” A sign directing motorists to the highway turnoff says its “Kauai’s Biggest Little Town.” A haven for art galleries, Hanapepe first served as the island’s hot spot with theatres, bowling alley, bars and opium dens.
